Namibia, sitting second in Group B, will look to cement their position at the top when they take on Scotland in the 12th match of the T20 World Cup 2024 at the Kensington Oval. Namibia captain Gerhard Erasmus won the toss and opted to bat first against a determined Scottish side.

Namibia come into this encounter with a commanding 3-0 record against Scotland in T20Is. Their last meeting at the 2021 T20 World Cup saw Ruben Trumpelmann dismantle the Scottish top order, finishing with figures of 3/17. The Namibian team made one change to their lineup, with JP Kotze replacing Michael van Lingen at the top of the order.

George Munsey and Michael Jones put on a solid 90-run partnership in the curtailed first innings, setting England a revised target of 109 in 10 overs.
